When you add phone numbers to DIALERIFY, we collect:

- Carrier and lookup provider metadata
- Test-call results
- Screenshots of labeling behavior
- Number reputation history & timestamps
D. Automatic Usage & Analytics Data
We may collect:
- Browser/device type
- IP address
- Log data
- Performance and diagnostic events
- Feature usage events (e.g., AI Copilot usage)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Monitor and analyze phone number reputation
- Detect spam labels across carriers
- Provide real-time transcription and AI suggestions
- Display dashboards, insights, and analytics
- Improve product quality and user experience
- Communicate updates, alerts, and support responses

We do not sell your personal data.
3. How Caller ID Monitoring Works
When you submit phone numbers for monitoring, you authorize DIALERIFY and approved partners to:
- Perform controlled test calls
- Check spam labels and reputation status
- Use your submitted number as outbound Caller ID for testing only
- Collect screenshots, metadata, and labeling results
This process is required to provide accurate number health and remediation services.
4. Audio Processing and AI Features
If you enable audio capture through our services:
- Audio is captured only when you manually allow it
- Audio is used solely for transcription and AI suggestions
- Transcripts may be stored depending on your organization’s settings
- Raw audio is not stored unless explicitly enabled
AI & LLM Providers
To provide transcription and suggestions, we may send audio/text to trusted third-party providers such as:
- OpenAI
- Google Gemini
Each provider processes data only to deliver the requested functionality.
DIALERIFY does not allow third-party AI models to train on your data.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We only share your data with:
- Service providers necessary to operate the platform
- LLM/STT processors (for AI Copilot features)
- Carrier lookup APIs (for number reputation data)
- Analytics or infrastructure providers (Firebase, Google Cloud, etc.)
We never share or sell your data to advertisers or unrelated parties.
All third-party providers are required to meet strict security and privacy standards.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
