Welcome to DIALERIFY. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the DIALERIFY website, platform, and all related services (“Services”). By accessing or using DIALERIFY, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using DIALERIFY.
1. Service Description
DIALERIFY provides AI-powered call intelligence and caller reputation tools for outbound calling teams. Our Services include:
- Caller ID reputation monitoring across supported carriers
- Spam-label and risk detection
- Phone number remediation and cleanup
- Ongoing number health monitoring
- Real-time call transcription
- AI-powered suggestions and call intelligence for human agents
- Post-call summaries and analytics
DIALERIFY does NOT:
- Provide VoIP calling
- Make or receive phone calls
- Offer a dialer or calling software
- Function as a telecommunications carrier
DIALERIFY works alongside your existing phone systems, dialers, and software.
2. User Responsibilities
By using DIALERIFY, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information and phone number data
- Use the Services only for lawful, legitimate business purposes
- Follow all call-recording, audio capture, and consent laws in your jurisdiction
- Obtain caller or participant consent where required by law
- Not engage in spam, fraud, harassment, or abusive call practices
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Ensure your team members comply with these Terms
DIALERIFY may suspend or terminate accounts involved in unlawful or harmful calling activity.
3. Payment and Billing
- Subscription pricing is listed on our website
- Payments are processed through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal
- All charges are billed in advance
- Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice
4. Refund Policy (No Refunds)
All purchases made on DIALERIFY are non-refundable.
By subscribing, you agree that refunds will not be issued for:
- Unused subscription time
- User mistakes or misconfigurations
- Incorrect number submissions
- Dissatisfaction with the Services
- Carrier-side behavior outside our control
If you have questions, contact support before subscribing.
5. Service Availability
DIALERIFY aims for high reliability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Temporarily suspend features for technical issues
- Modify, add, or remove features with reasonable notice
DIALERIFY is not responsible for outages caused by carriers, dialers, LLM/STT providers, or other third-party systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
DIALERIFY provides call intelligence and monitoring tools. We are not responsible for:
- Carrier decisions to block or label your phone numbers
- Lost revenue, lost opportunities, or call outcomes
- Errors or limitations in transcription or AI suggestions
- Delays, outages, or failures of third-party APIs
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Termination
You or DIALERIFY may terminate your use of the Services at any time.
DIALERIFY may suspend or terminate your account:
- For non-payment
- For violating these Terms
- For using the Services in a harmful or illegal manner
Upon termination, access to data may be removed according to our retention policies.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of DIALERIFY following changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Use of Customer Phone Numbers for Caller ID Testing
By submitting phone numbers to DIALERIFY, you authorize us and our partners to:
- Perform spam-label and risk checks
- Conduct controlled test calls
- Use your numbers as outbound Caller ID for testing only
- Collect and display carrier results, including screenshots
We never use your numbers for marketing or unrelated activities.
These tests are essential to provide accurate number reputation data and remediation services.
10. Third-Party Integrations (Including LLM Models)
DIALERIFY uses third-party services to provide parts of its functionality. These may include:
- LLM (Large Language Model) providers for AI suggestions
- Speech-to-text (STT) services for call transcription
- Carrier lookup and spam-label APIs
DIALERIFY is not responsible for:
- Their uptime or availability
- Their pricing or rate limits
- Their data handling
- Their performance or accuracy
Your use of features powered by third-party providers is subject to their respective terms.
